Board Committees
Board Committees have been established in compliance with Communiqué on Corporate Governance (Serial: IV, No: 56) published on 30 December 2011. The purpose, role and responsibilities and members of the committees are announced to public with material disclosures. Executive members of the Board do not take part in the committees. The responsibilities of the Nomination Committee referred to in the Communiqué are carried out by the Corporate Governance Committee.
