At Ford Otosan, we go beyond the boundaries of work and we care about our colleagues/ companions wellbeing in every aspect of life. With our Sports and Social Clubs, we aim for our colleagues to better understand teamwork, to experience sports and the excitement of struggle, to strengthen their physical and mental structures on the way to life, to help establish a work/social life balance by contributing to their social lives outside of work life, and to share thousands of moments with our common excitement and passion. With our Ford Otosan Sports Clubs, we aim to make sports a culture of life for our companions.
Established with the voluntary initiatives of our colleagues, Social Activity Clubs bring together all our employees with exciting, dynamic, instructive and developmental activities in more than 10 different hobby areas. With Social Activity Clubs, we ensure that our colleagues come together around their common interests and have a pleasant time, and we aim to contribute to their personal development and motivation.
