Future Team

The Future Team is a candidate engineering program that you will work 2 days a week between 08:00 and 18:00 for 8 months. Applications will be open between June and July. Power Team

The Power Team is a 2-day event for 3rd and 4th year engineering students. While getting to know Ford Otosan's production and R&D technologies closely with the Power Team; you can also find answers to all your questions about globalism, technology & innovation, career, and development opportunities. Two days full of mentoring hours, engineer talks, dinner with senior executives, and surprise activities await you! Meeting of Women Transforming the Future

Women Transforming the Future Meeting is a one-day event for 3rd and 4th-year female engineering students. While getting to know Ford Otosan's production and R&D technologies closely with the Women Transforming the Future Meeting; you can find answers to all your questions about globalism, technology & innovation, career, and development opportunities. A day full of engineering interviews, panels with female senior executives, and surprise activities awaits you! The event will take place at our Kocaeli Gölcük factory.
